My one night stay at the Sleep Inn Airport Albuquerque was a great experience. In the evening, the free, on-demand shuttle picked me up at the car rental place, and also took me back to the airport the next morning 4:20 am. The room was very clean, the bed comfortable. The staff (Cindy and others) very friendly and welcoming and even had prepared a little breakfast bag (yoghurt, apple, water) for me as I was leaving so early. Highly recommend!

We were lucky to grab the last room at this hotel when we learned that our flight had been changed to earlier in the day (and we'd missed it). The best part of the Sleep Inn was the staff, who were kind and sympathetic to our situation, especially Ashley who quickly came right over to the airport to pick us up in the hotel shuttle.

It was surprising, assuming by the parking lot being full at night and thus the hotel being full, that at no time the scene in the hotel was crowded or chaotic, including at breakfast time. Incidentally, we did enjoy the complimentary breakfast, saving us time and money versus going out to a restaurant for breakfast.

Staff were excellent. From collecting me at airport in the hotel mini-van, till i was dropped off the next morning the care was superb. I was given some good restaurant information and locations. Morning breakfast was good. I didn't realise they had an indoor piol till later.

Sleep inn was an adequate place to sleep. The only feedback I have is that the outlets in the lamp on the switched outlet circuit do not work if you turn the light out using the switch. There is no good place to charge your phone or other things that require charging.
